What a wonderful experience! My partner and I had an amazing romantic escape. The design of the hotel was stunning and relaxing, a true delight for our eyes. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the perfect working AC, which kept us cool during our stay. The location was perfect, we could walk to many great shops and restaurants.
Although we had an amazing experience, there were a couple of things that could be improved. We noticed a few stains on the walls, which could have been easily taken care of with a walk-through.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the beautiful and relaxing design, the outstanding staff, the perfect AC, and the absence of power or water outage. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were also impressive.

The design of the hotel was stunning, with a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere. the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. the AC worked perfectly and there were no issues with power or water outages. the location was also quite convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city.
Although everything was outstanding, it would have been great if they offered portable Wi-Fi routers for rental, as this would have been very helpful. it would have been nice if the hotel did a more thorough walk-through to fix up any little things such as stains on walls and keep the property looking neat and in good shape.
